Notice Alvarez in the background at one point 'shining the bosses shoes' if you will. sucking up to the new coach.
Schellas talked about wanting players with better work rate. AA he's talking about you, if you want to stay around better get off your overpaid butt and do something.
true anon. Also Drew, we don't have a couple of weeks if we want a shot at the cup. We need wins now. go hoops kicks houstons @ss.
Good luck boys, we'll be there to wish you on.
Once again, no Brek and no Uncle Rico? Interesting.
Thanks to the blog staff for keeping the info coming....will you be posting a Spanish pre-game as well? I've really enjoyed the addition of the second vid to the pre-game blogs.
Maybe you could get Shellas and one of our Brazilians to do a Portuguese version for one of the games.
If you listen to the tone of his message, I have a feeling this team may be in store for an overhaul at season's end if things don't improve soon. This coach wants "his" players and it's just a matter of figuring out which players will be "his" and who will belong to someone else.
I understand this is a "kicking the tires" period for everyone. But there will come a time very soon where he will have to crank the engine, put it into gear, and find out if the car even gets out of the driveway and if not, what parts will need to be replaced.
.....Avila is travelling again. Maybe this time???
haha cmon artie let the haters talk BS and you do your stuff no one in this team have the skills you have!! lets go hoops!! kill houston!! i cant wait to see the guy face that wrote the first comment when artie scores the first goal!!!
Maybe you forgot artie schananagans during the playoff game in Houston last year. He is no good, only a left foot and has no heart. First Goal ... huh .. he should not even get on the pitch.
this man sounds firm! i think he realized he does not have what he needs! asking a grown man "what cooperation means to you? it looks like we need to fasten our belts it's just about to get bumpy!!!!
So far I like everything I am hearing from SH. I hope management will listen to him and get him the players he needs next season (real wingers, for a start).
Amen Anonymous. We needs skilled wingers. This team hasn't had one since RoB left and this more than anything else has killed off our attacking capabilities.
