We're all over the place, bringing you updates from Frisco, Argentina, and now Toronto.
Kenny Cooper and Juan Toja both arrived in Toronto on Tuesday, and joined some of their fellow All-Stars for a light workout at BMO Field. Today, with just about all the players in, the MLS side was able to go through a more structured practice. This morning, Kenny joined MLS Commissioner Don Garber and Toronto FC's Jim Brennan in opening the Toronto Stock Exchange.
It's a great scene here, as these event often are.
Mingling throughout the host hotel here in downtown, we see representatives from every team, many sponsors, and a lot of media. MLS does a great job branding these events, from the moment you walk off the plane, and throughout the hotel and surrounding areas.

And, sitting here at 8:30 pm ET on Wednesday, July 23, we can tell you that no deal has been reached at this time.

Hey, why are we following a Romanian player (Toja)? Also why is he doing an MLS event when he's not in the league anymore?
BTW, Any word on KCJ signing in Norway yet?
OMG...do they think we are stupid? Trying to continue to cover this up on Toja is nuts.
3rd degree reported he is sold. This stinks. Oh well. Sunday we should all just support and wish him the best. Good luck in Romania Juan!!! It was fun watching him play; he brought alot of flair to the team. He is my favorite player and hopefully he makes his national team.
Thanks for saying SOMETHING. Regardless of what Buzz is reporting at 3rd Degree, I can believe that it's not official . . . yet. At least it's been acknowledged!
And if he does go, PLEASE make a HUGE deal about it on Sunday so that it's FCD's "farewell" game against . . .who? oh yeah, those Hollywood types that they are advertising on the main site. I'm so sick of the Beckham hype. Let's hype our outgoing/gone (if it happens) fan fav and our returning All Star -- Super Cooper!! -- on Sunday.
MH
I agree with MH. We are losing our favorite player and the main site is advertising beckham. Well anyways. He had a huge impact on this team and made new fans like me and my friends actually like soccer. I love soccer now. Thanks Juan!
I can't believe we sold one of our best young players with a bright future ahead of him. I missed Toja Wig Night. Now I will never get a chance to experience it!!
3rd Degree is not God.
Juan may be leaving...or not. But nothing is done until it is done.
is he is leaving, why are they risking losing his transfer fee by letting him play and possibly getting hurt?
3rd Degree is not God. But is the BEST source for FCD SOCCER information. Yes better than The Official FC Dallas Blog.
fox soccer channel reports toja confirmed he is gone will not be back to dallas heading to romania to sign the contract saturday
