The team has the day off, but don't let that cause you to have a case of the Mondays. Check out Kenny Cooper as he appears on DFW Sports Beat tonight at 6:30 p.m. on FSN-SW, with a replay at midnight. The other featured guests on tonight's show are Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson and Dallas Morning News columnist Rick Gosselin.
The team will return to practice on Tuesday morning for a 9 a.m. session. Kenny and fellow All-Star Juan Toja will miss the next few days of training, as they depart for Toronto tomorrow morning.

Dish Channel 416 - 6:43 Kenny up next...
I thought it was a great interview. At least we had some one for a change who seem to "care" about our sport and our team.
I do think these guys need some media training. The past couple of times I have seen interviews with Cooper and Drew, the host really has to pull for excitement out of them and I think they need some training so that they can pull more people in for FCD.
Wish Kenny and Toja the best in the ASG. I guess Friday will probably be the BIG day for Toja's annoucement. I hope Toja remains in Dallas and he will as long as the money stays low for an offer but if the ASG goes well for him, a high bid comes in and Toja will be leaving us and that is sad but way to go.
I thought the interview was also good and the host was really excited for FCD.
I also agree that Kenny could improve on the interview skills.
ASG...GO COOP AND JUAN!!!!!!!
Yes, I think a good performance from Juan on Thursday during that game will send him on his way because they really want him to play for their club and seem to be very willing to pay.
No matter what everyone says around the rumors of how MLS handle Juan by placing him in the ASG, I think he deserves it and what ever happens is only the best for him.
GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!!!!!!
Nice Job Kenny! Smile some more will ya!
Think about your girlfriend when doing an interview and you should smile then.
Awesome job and best of luck in the ASG. Kenny, amazing experience for you.
Juan, no matter what happens on Thursday, perform as an ALL STAR which you are and do not let this club use that game to mark their price on you. You are priceless!
Good Luck Guys!! Both of Juan and Kenny are awesome:)
I think it's awesome that Kenny and Juan seem to have really connected, both on and off the field -- read the article about them on the FCD main site. Both are soooooo humble and sincere! It is great that they can share this experience together as teammates and as friends.
And whatever happens in the next several days concerning transfers, I wish only the best for these two guys!
MH
I am so excited for them both. They are very humble and I think we really have two players that are the most humble of individuals. Both very deserving.
They both take every chance they get and make it so much more. I think everyone appreciates all the All Stars and I also think the All Stars, just some, really do not look at this the same as Kenny and Toja do. Everything good that happens to them, is always received with much appreciation. Not matter how many times these guys get recognized, they never get selfish about it.
Wait a minute, who is looking to bid on Toja? Pressed Ham United? Or is it some other squad?
These two are pure class. We're lucky to have them.
Yeah they both are classy.
Good luck Kenny and Juan!
According to 3rd degree.....Steaua ups the offer for Toja to 1.5 million dollars.
I know it is a huge opportunity for Toja and I know this will probably go through. He will be missed on that field.
Both these guys will soon be gone and MLS/FCD look dumb again for not paying guys who perform. It's bad for us but great for them in every way. I'm sure Goodson is happy now the league didn't want to pay him. Great weather, beautiful women, great resort city, big money, big future, a team that appreciates him, new culture and so on.
Yeah, let's keep not paying these guys because in the long run that's to their best interest just not the league or ours.
